  • I am currently seeing patients in person and via telehealth.

  • The office is taking appropriate steps to mitigate the exposure to COVID-19, including, but not limited to sanitizing surfaces, using HEPA filters and asking clients who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or who have tested positive for COVID to avoid in-person sessions and transfer to telehealth sessions. I am also asking clients to notify me if they are having any symptoms of illness, including any cold or flu symptoms and change to telehealth sessions until the symptoms are no longer present.

  • I am not an in-network provider for any insurance companies. This allows me to ensure the highest level of confidentiality, treatment flexibility, and control over your records.

    I am however considered an “out of network” provider by most PPO plans, meaning that after you pay out-of-pocket, I can give you a “superbill” (invoice) that you may submit to your PPO for reimbursement. You’ll need to call your insurance company to verify procedures, amount of reimbursement, and whether we are an eligible provider.

  • Yes, you may use your health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA) to pay for services.

  • $175 per Individual Session

    $200 per Couple or Family Session

  • I accept private pay (credit, debit card and Venmo) and payments through Health Savings Accounts (HSAs).

  • I see individuals, couples and families, including adolescents and children ages 3 years and older.

  • I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, as well as art and play therapy, depending on the age and treatment plan of my client.

  • Therapy appointments are 45-55 minutes.

  • New clients typically meet weekly or every two weeks. The length of therapy depends on your goals and progress. We will discuss this during our first appointment and throughout the course of treatment.
