Join a Trauma-Focused, Faith-Centered Therapy Practice in California
We are currently hiring an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) to join our growing private practice in California. This position is ideal for a therapist who feels called to work with trauma, valuesChristian or Catholic faith-based integration, and is interested in developing strong clinical skills using CBT and EMDR.
This role offers a supportive, mentorship-oriented environment where associates can deepen their confidence, clinical identity, and specialization while working with meaningful, purpose-driven clients.

Are an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) registered in California
Feel drawn to trauma-informed therapy
Are open to or actively value Catholic or Christian faith-based counseling
Use or are interested inCognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Is trained in EMDR or interested in learning.
Are comfortable providing telehealth, in-person therapy, or a hybrid model
Are seeking a practice that values ethical care, mentorship, and long-term growth

Requirements
Active AMFT registration in California
Ability to work with trauma-related presentations
Willingness to integrate faith-based perspectives when appropriate
Commitment to professional growth and ethical practice
